Keywords: the psychologist of responsive-rescue service, activities in special and extreme conditions, professional-important qualities.
In article is determined that the work of the psychologist of the responsive-rescue service is divided into two periods: daily activities under special conditions and the extreme situations for each period, which are characterized by their stress-factors. Everyday activities are characterized by the following stress factors: lack of opportunities for training, career growth and creativity; low wages; monotony of certain types of work; a large amount of tasks; strict discipline; emotional burnout; blurred functions and tasks; overloading with additional responsibilities. At extreme activity stress factors are: death of people; work with relatives of the victims; unpredictability of circumstances; emotional burnout; communication with journalists; lack of time for decision making; impossibility of complete rest and solitude; constant nervous and mental stress; irregular working day; fear for one's own life or injury. The ideas about the peculiarities of the professional activity of the psychologist of the SES of Ukraine were studied with the help of the questionnaire "Peculiarities of the activity of the psychologist of the operative-rescue service" developed by us.As a result of factor analysis, the key factors of the work of the psychologist of the responsive-rescue service have been identified, such as: «the professional activity stress factors of the psychologist of the SESU», «positive factors of psychologist professional activity at the SESU», «main directions of the psychologist work at the SESU», «motives for choosing the carrier».
