The article presents a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of group interaction and features of group dynamics. The article describes methods of group work and features of their use in training practice. The role of humanistic principles in creating a favorable atmosphere for the disclosure of training group participants and getting to know each other is analyzed. The article focuses on the importance of the participation of future psychologists in training work with the aim of harmonizing their personality and increasing the level of professionalism. The focus of the article is on the specific features of group interaction in the context of organizing optimal training work and providing a favorable psychological atmosphere for self-discovery of group members. The paper describes the importance of the productive activity of each subject of group interaction, which contributes to the development of both the group as a whole and the formation of personal characteristics of its individual members. The article is devoted to determining the place and role of group psycho-correction in the formation of a psychologist's personality as a qualified specialist. The article provides a systematic analysis of the phenomenon of group psycho-correction and its role in the process of professional training of future psychologists. At the same time, the professional training of a psychologist requires the use of optimal courses and programs of group psycho-correction, which provide humanistic knowledge of the personality and reflection of the future psychologist. The main aspects of the interpersonal interaction of training group participants, the causes of conflicts, and the peculiarities of group processes are also determined. The features of training as a modern, active educational process and a means of humanizing education are outlined. The article discusses the subjects of the training and the main factors affecting group interaction. The coach's responsibilities and psychological tools for building constructive interaction are highlighted. The algorithm for the development of interaction in the training, starting with the formation of the group and ending with it, is considered.
