The article reveals the main elements of recovery (reintegration, post-isolation) measures with the personnel of military formations of NATO member countries, as well as the practical results of the work of the reintegration group of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with released persons from conditions of forced isolation (captivity).
Attention is focused on the practical features of the psychological component in reintegration measures, its tasks, purpose, some practical features of the work of the debriefer and psychologist (SERE) are revealed, preliminary results of social-psychological research (April-July 2022), practical recommendations from servicemen released from conditions are summarized forced isolation (captivity) for escape, survival and release from captivity (SERE), for their further use in the general system of combat and special training of personnel. A number of problematic issues have been identified that need to be resolved in order to improve the effectiveness of reintegration and post-isolation measures aimed at increasing the effectiveness of personnel recovery and returning to the performance of assigned service tasks.
